Hey Cousin! That is a neat memory!! I never knew him because I was born two years after he had passed. I wish I could have known him and had been old enough to remember. I sure have heard a lot of great stories, though!
I remember many of us cousins picking up all the pretty rocks from Grandma's driveway and "collecting" them. I also remember all the great food at a Sunday afternoon dinner!
I remember Gpa De Joode throwing some pennies and nickels out in the yard for us grandkids to run and find.
